Zoe came from a background in data management before joining BossGamerz. She was used to tracking large amounts of information and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. She applies the same habit to published guides.
Most gaming sites publish a guide once and never look at it again. Two patches later the steps no longer match the game and nobody notices. Zoe keeps a record of which page was checked against which game version, so anything that has drifted gets flagged instead of quietly rotting.
She also handles reader feedback directly. When somebody reports that a guide no longer works, she checks it the same day where possible. If a page cannot be brought back up to date, it comes down rather than sitting there misleading people.
