By visiting BossGamerz you confirm that:
- You are at least 13 years old
- You can legally agree to terms like these
- You will follow the laws that apply where you live
- You will not use the site for anything unlawful
If you are under 18, use this site with a parent or guardian’s knowledge.
2. What the words mean
- Website means BossGamerz at https://bossgamerz.com
- We, us, our means the people who run BossGamerz
- You means anyone using the site
- Content means articles, guides, tier lists, reviews, images, graphics and logos published here
3. Our content
3.1 What belongs to us
Original content published on BossGamerz, which includes articles, guides, tier lists, reviews, graphics and photographs we took ourselves, belongs to BossGamerz and is protected by copyright.
Please do not:
- Republish our articles somewhere else
- Use our content commercially without asking
- Rewrite or translate our work and pass it off as new
- Scrape the site with automated tools
- Claim our work as yours
3.2 What you are welcome to do
- Share links to our articles anywhere you like
- Quote a short section with credit and a link back
- Save or print something for your own use
3.3 Everyone else’s trademarks
Game names, characters, logos and brands mentioned here, including Roblox, Blox Fruits, Anime Defenders, King Legacy and Pet Simulator 99, belong to their owners.
BossGamerz is an independent site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Roblox Corporation or any game developer. If we ever have a formal relationship with a company we write about, that page will say so plainly.
4. Things you should not do here
- Break the law
- Try to get into parts of the site or server you should not
- Run bots or scrapers against the site
- Upload anything malicious
- Interfere with how the site runs for other people
- Harass or abuse anyone
- Pretend to be one of us
- Post spam or unrelated advertising in the comments
We can block access if any of this happens.
5. Comments
When you post a comment you are confirming it is your own, that it does not contain hate speech, threats, spam or illegal material, and that it does not expose someone else’s personal information.
You give us permission to display, moderate or remove it. We remove comments that break these rules and we do not always explain why.
6. Accuracy of our guides and reviews
Everything here is published in good faith, but games and prices move fast, so here is exactly what we do and do not promise.
Game guides and tier lists reflect what was true at the time of writing. Every guide carries the game version it was checked against and the date. Patches change mechanics, stats and rankings constantly. A guide that was correct in March may be wrong by June, which is why the date is there for you to judge.
Gear reviews fall into one of two clearly marked types, and every page says which one it is:
- Tested. We bought the product, used it for at least two weeks, and the page carries our own photographs and the price we paid.
- Not tested. We have not used it. The page says so before it says anything else, and it sticks to published specifications, pricing and what buyers report.
There is no third category where we imply testing that did not happen.
Prices and availability change constantly. Always check the retailer before you buy.
We are not responsible for wasted in game resources, failed strategies, or purchases made on the strength of something we wrote.
7. Affiliate links
Some links in our gear reviews and buying guides are affiliate links, mostly through the Amazon Associates Program.
If you buy through one, we may earn a small commission and you pay exactly the same price. Affiliate relationships do not decide what we recommend or what score a product gets. This is disclosed under FTC guidelines.
8. Advertising
We show ads through Google AdSense and other networks.
Those ads are chosen and served by Google, not by us. We do not endorse advertised products, we are not responsible for their content or accuracy, and anything that happens after you click an ad is between you and that advertiser.
9. Links to other sites
We link out to Roblox, YouTube, Amazon, developer sites and gaming platforms. These are for convenience. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for what is on them, and linking is not an endorsement. Read their terms before you use them.
10. No warranties
BossGamerz is provided as is. We do not promise the site will always be online, that every fact is perfectly current, that it is free of technical faults, or that it will suit your particular situation.
To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.
11. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, BossGamerz and the people who run it are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or profits, problems arising from your use of the site or reliance on anything published here, issues caused by third party services or advertisers, or downtime.
12. Indemnity
If your use of this site, your breach of these terms, or anything you post here causes a legal claim against us, you agree to cover the resulting costs.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms. Using the site means agreeing to both.
14. Younger readers and COPPA
Roblox has a young audience, so this is worth stating clearly.
- This site is intended for readers aged 13 and over
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13
- Parents or guardians who believe their child has sent us information should email contact@bossgamerz.com and we will delete it
- We follow COPPA
15. Copyright complaints
If you believe something here infringes your copyright, email contact@bossgamerz.com with:
- Your name and contact details
- A description of the work you say has been infringed
- The exact URL on our site
- A statement that you believe the use is not authorised
- A statement that your notice is accurate
We review valid notices promptly.
16. Changes to the site
We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time. Sometimes that means deleting content we can no longer keep accurate, which we would rather do than leave something wrong online.
17. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the “last updated” date at the top changes with them. For anything significant we will put a notice on the site. Continuing to use BossGamerz after that means you accept the update.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
19. Whole agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the full agreement between you and BossGamerz.
