It Started With a Frustrating Afternoon
Honest answer? BossGamerz started because our founder Ryan spent forty minutes clicking through code lists on a Friday afternoon and not a single one worked. Every page said "updated today" but clearly hadn't been touched in weeks.
He pulled in a few people he knew from Discord who were already deep into Roblox games — people who played these games every day and actually cared about whether the codes were real. That group became the BossGamerz team.
We launched in 2026 with a simple rule: if we haven't tested it ourselves on a real account, it doesn't go on the site. That rule hasn't changed.
How We Verify Every Code
This is not complicated. We log in, we type the code, we confirm it works. Here is exactly how that looks in practice.
More Than Just Codes
Codes are the core of what we do, but they are not everything. Our team also writes honest reviews of gaming gear, builds tier lists when we have genuinely spent time ranking the options, and puts together guides for players who want to get better at specific games.
The People Behind BossGamerz
Five people. Real names. Real gaming backgrounds. We are not a content farm — you are reading work from people who actually play these games.
Ryan Cole
Founder & Lead VerifierRyan has been playing Roblox since 2017 and got frustrated enough with bad code sites to build a better one. He personally oversees the verification process and reviews every piece of content before it goes live.
Maya Bennett
Gaming Writer & Code VerifierMaya has covered gaming for several years and focuses on Roblox guides and tier lists. She plays the games she writes about — her Blox Fruits character is currently sitting at max level, which she will absolutely tell you about unprompted.
Ethan Brooks
Tech Reviewer & PC ExpertEthan built his first gaming PC at age sixteen and has been helping people optimize their setups ever since. He handles all of the hardware reviews and tech guides, and he tests every product he writes about before putting a word down.
Zoe Carter
Code Database EditorZoe keeps the code database clean. She monitors expiry dates, removes codes that stop working, and manages community feedback from readers. If you have reported a dead code and it got removed quickly, that was probably Zoe.
Three Things We Will Never Compromise On
These are not marketing copy. They are the actual things that have caused arguments in our team chat.
Honesty Over Traffic
We have removed posts that were getting good traffic because the codes expired and we couldn't find replacements. A dead code page is worse than no page. We would rather have fewer posts that are accurate than more posts that waste your time.
No Paid Placements
Nobody has ever paid us to include their code, recommend their product, or write about their game. Our buying guides and reviews reflect what we actually think. If we didn't like something, we either say so or don't cover it at all.
Real Experience Only
We do not publish tier lists, guides, or reviews about games our team hasn't spent significant time with. That slows us down — we could publish a lot more if we just summarized other people's content. We think the slower approach is worth it.
Found a Dead Code? Want to Say Hi?
We read every message we receive. If you have spotted a code that stopped working, a mistake in one of our guides, or just want to ask us something — use the contact page. We typically reply within a day.
